PUBLIC NOTICE WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Whitewater Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing at a regular meeting on July 24, 2025 at 7:00 PM, at the Whitewater Township Hall, 5777 Vinton Road, Williamsburg, Michigan. The Appeal is to review ZBA 2025-02, request for a use variance to correct a land division approval dated February 1, 2024, error made by prior zoning administrator creating 2 lots that did not meet minimum lot width requirements per Zoning Ordinance Article 4, Table 4-1 Primary Dimensional Requirements. Parcels #28-13-121-016-05 and #28-13-121-016-06. All are welcome to attend and will be heard concerning the appeal. A copy of the complete application is available for public viewing at the Whitewater Township Hall, 5777 Vinton Road, Williamsburg, MI 49690, during regular office hours or on the homepage of the township website at www.WhitewaterTownshipMi.gov. Written comments will be received until the time of the meeting and should be addressed to the Whitewater Township, Attn: ZONING, P.O. Box 159, Williamsburg, MI 49690 or emailed to zoning@WhitewaterTownshipMi.gov. Whitewater Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities who are planning to attend.
